• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). 
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and select payment gateways as mentioned at checkout.
• International orders may incur additional shipping charges, which will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
• Femme Vogue reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across India, and international shipping is available upon request, subject to feasibility and additional charges.
• Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 5-7 business days within India.
• Femme Vogue will not be responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier services, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any additional customs or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

• Due to the handmade nature of our products:
• Returns and exchanges will be accepted only in cases of damage or incorrect items received.
• Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original condition. Femme Vogue reserves the right to refuse returns if the item has been used or damaged by the customer.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by us, and the amount will be credited through the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the product is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
• In case of an accidental overpayment or an error in order processing, please reach out to us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.
