1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged Products: If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at tarunum199922@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely and return it to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will only cover the cost of the product itself. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Customised or personalised products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account or payment method again.
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

8. International Orders
For international orders, returns and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis due to the complexity of shipping. Any customs fees or duties are non-refundable.
