- Personalised or Custom-Made Items: Items that are customised or made to order are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, follow these steps:

4. Refunds for Returned Items
